What is an attendee?

An attendee is a person who is present at a webinar hosted by you. Each unique person who attends the webinar is counted as an attendee. We suggest choosing the most likely attendee count in any given month for the smoothest experience. If you exceed, you can upgrade at any time.

What is a co-presenter?

Co-presenters are individuals you invite to speak alongside you on camera during a live webinar. You can ask them in advance or get them on camera during the broadcast. You can have unlimited co-presenters.

How many registrants can I have per webinar?

You can have unlimited registrants. If registration exceeds your plan's attendee limit for live webinars, you can always upgrade to a higher plan. All registrants can watch the webinar replay.

What is the maximum duration for my webinar?

Can I create a paid webinar? If so, how can I charge for my webinars?

Yes, you can create a paid webinar that attendees pay for at registration. WebinarNinja lets you take paid registrations by connecting to Stripe, so you can accept major credit and debit cards without any service fees of its own. To enable payments, just create or sign in to your Stripe account and connect it inside WebinarNinja.

Do me or my attendees need to download or install any software?

No — never. Both you (the host) and your attendees only need a modern web browser and an internet connection. Everything runs 100% in the browser on our secure servers — no downloads, no Zoom, no extra apps required. Just click the link, and you're in.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Of course. Just email us at billing@proprofs.com. The change will reflect on your next billing cycle.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express. We do not accept PayPal. For purchases over $3000, we can accept check payments for an additional processing fee of $100. Please contact sales@proprofs.com if you are interested in this.
